Opens Domination - Comp B (MOS-OG's)
Welcome to the Iron Force Athletics
OPENS DOMINATION program.
This one is for the intermediate athletes
That are looking to compete but still need some time to develop their skills/strength/endurance to make heaps of noise at Opens.
The program is laid out very similar to the
Comp A program
But volume, intensity, and certain movements are changed to make sure you
Have more time under the bar to develop.
For those that are sick of not having something
SPECIFIC
To the Masters athlete, look no further.
Everything we write is 100% geared to Masters athletes
But trust me, if you think this is a "easy" program
I assure you, it is not.
Phase 1 of the Comp B programs will be a
Endurance Strength 8 Week Cycle
The goal here is to get you moving heavier
Weights than what is typically prescribed at
Competitions as fast as possible to build your
Engine to a level that will make any "random"
Workout you do, a complete joke.
Program will be sent out each week
You will be invited to our private Facebook group
Where you will be running the program with the rest
