Masters Men & Woman who are stuck or plateaued
And looking to bump their 1rm's & pr's
We will be focusing on the following lifts

Deadlift
Military Press
Push Press
Snatch
Clean & Jerk

Lots of accessory work
The program is allocated to four days a week
You can for sure hit sessions with your classes
